ABC Highlights

1991

Developed and continues to manage one of the nation's largest affinity programs for ACA International, the Association of Credit & Collection Professionals, serving more than 5,000 members and affiliates.

1992

ABC expands services to include telecommunications equipment selection and procurement.

1995

ABC donates $150,000 worth of telecommunications consulting to Camp Heartland, a non-profit organization for children infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Facilitating the fundraiser, ABC secured the donation of telephone equipment, phone lines and the use of call centers. ABC also coordinated volunteers and designed complicated call routing to ensure each call was answered; more than $300,000 was raised.

1998

ABC moves into its new facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota to accommodate growth.

2000

Celebrating 10 years in business, ABC evolves from a telecommunications consulting company into a full-service telecommunications management firm.

2001

ABC triples telecommunications management outsourcing revenues and expands core services to the international marketplace.

2002

Singh is honored by The Business Journal as a minority business owner and one of the "Forty Under Forty" business owners in the Twin Cities metro area; recognized by Twin Cities Business Monthly as one of the "30 People to Watch in 2003." Singh elected to Camp Heartland Board of Directors.

2003

ABC Partners with Memo Enterprises to add Legal and Regulatory Services to management portfolio.

2004

Singh elevated to Vice President of Camp Heartland's Board of Directors.

2005

Singh receives The Business Journal's "Women in Business - Changemaker" award. Company recognized by Twin Cities Business Monthly as a 2005 "Small Business Success Story."
