Jan Cornell – Sr. Audit Analyst
Jan Cornell has over 18 years of experience in the Financial and Information Technology fields. Jan approaches each audit that she conducts as if the bills belonged to her own company. She combines her years of experience with a dogged commitment to being thorough in order to make sure that ABC’s clients are being accurately billed by their telecommunications providers.
Jan has proven time and again her skill in being able to decipher what are often complex and complicated telecommunications and IT invoices. She refuses to take the easy way out by only looking for the most common or obvious billing errors. Jan’s experience has taught her that accuracy can only be ensured by patient, line-by-line examination of an invoice. Jan’s efforts have resulted in ABC clients over two and a half million dollars.
Keith Doten
Keith Doten joined ABC in 2007 after nearly 20 years experience in project management and customer support roles at AT&T and Qwest. Keith has extensive experience dealing with switched and dedicated local and long distance services, as well as working with large data networks utilizing traditional and packetized technology. He has worked as a sales consultant and project manager for businesses spanning in size from one to hundreds of locations, and has supported to large voice and data networks for major regional, national and international corporations.
The overriding philosophy that Keith brings to his work at ABC is that the customer’s needs come first. He partners with our clients to ensure that the solutions we propose fit their needs, are delivered on-time and work the way they were proposed. In addition to his skills in managing complex installation projects, his familiarity with a variety of products allows him to work with providers to troubleshoot and resolve service issues in a timely and accurate manner. |
