Cindy Asare brings a varied and diverse background to her position as an account manager at ABC. Cindy has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry dating back to 1983. She is committed to her customers and to providing service above and beyond what is considered the norm. Cindy’s project management experience allows her to consistently be looking out for her clients’ present and future best interests.
In addition to her strong account management skills, Cindy has a background in corporate training, systems analysis and database administration at Carlson Companies headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. She is a proven communicator who engages in strong vendor negotiations on behalf of her clients.
Donielle Palladino – National Account Manager
Donielle Palladino brings her desire to form strong relationships with her clients to every account that she manages. Donielle consistently strives to familiarize herself with her customers’ businesses so she can offer proactive solutions for all of their telecommunications needs. She has extensive experience in working on national accounts, and understands the challenges and opportunities that arise for small to medium businesses as well.
Prior to joining ABC, Donielle worked in the wireless industry for over 10 years, where she developed her excellent project management skills. Donielle makes it her business to be on the lookout for opportunities to bring savings to her clients. Whether it is negotiating improved contracts or finding a quality provider with more aggressive rates, Donielle’s sense of urgency and listening skills make her a partner that clients can trust. |
